It's
a long life we live, I think you learn after long enough. The
last three years have been very hard. I have hada hard time
holding back the emotions of loss and feelings of despair that
have plagued me over this time. My back is better, thanks to
my friends at Polaris Neighborhood Chiropractic. I am Geocaching
and have become a Hike Reporter (see links below). Life will
change for the better sometime. Maybe not soon, but it will
get better.

Early
this summer I regained employment and promptly sprained a lumbar.
After 3 weeks on my back and two more recovering, I am once
again back to work. Thanks to everyone who helped in those "special"
ways. Including the great folks at Polaris
Neighborhood Chiropractic.
